The SJU renewal added a 7 storey student residence and a 2 storey academic building around a central atrium. This is an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model, one of the first in Canada of this design and construction process where architect, contractor (with major sub-contractors) and client enter into an agreement to operate as a team.
