All new mechanical installation in a major shopping centre which includes a 5 storey underground parking garage with a 3 storey retail building structure of approximately 298,000 sq. foot retail expansion at the east end of the mall.

A new 6 storey P3, Learning Resource Centre with approxiamtely 450,000 sq. ft. with a full height atrium and feature stairwell. It is designed to accommodate 8 components. The penthouse mechanical room with 6 air handling units serves the building. The bldg. also has a sprinkler sysem, radiant panel heating along the perimeter which compliments the steam & chilled water system.

The Ashbridges Bay Facility is to ensure the new streetcars are effectively maintained. This project is comprised of three components; a maintenance building for the fleet of 204 vehicles, a connection track between the facility and Queen Street and storage tracks for 100 of the new streetcars.
